the goal of the foundation is to maintain this ‹national natural monument›
The Glacier Garden is legally supported by the Glacier Garden Lucerne Foundation. The foundation’s assets consist of the property including the natural monument and the historic museum building. The goal of this non-profit foundation is to maintain and operate the Glacier Garden with the natural monument and museum building. The Glacier Garden finances its operations mainly through admission fees and guided tours.
A second sponsorship exists in the form of the Glacier Garden Lucerne Forum, founded in 2007. The group supports the projects and issues of the Glacier Garden.
