The insider tip that has long since ceased to be a secret: our Gletschergarten hot dog! With bread from the Heini bakery, sausage from the Doggwiler butcher's and spicy ketchup from the café anyway - all from the neighborhood, of course. A regional delight that tastes good to young and old alike.

We focus on short procurement channels, sustainable materials and prefer to cook with seasonal ingredients from the Lucerne region. We work closely with the neighboring Sowieso restaurant - an integrative project of the foundation of the same name.
